Four Seats from ORD is an independent family travel-planning service based in the Chicago area. This page explains the terms of the service and how your information is handled. By purchasing a plan or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these terms.
Four Seats from ORD provides written travel-planning advice, including destination options, flight and hotel research, and, for the Dream Trip Roadmap, a credit card and points strategy. It is an advisory service only.
We do not sell, book, or resell travel, and we do not act as your agent with any airline, hotel, or other travel provider. You make every reservation yourself, directly with the provider and in your own name, and your agreement for that travel is with that provider.
Credit card and points recommendations are general guidance based on the information you provide. They are not financial, credit, tax, or legal advice, and every decision to apply for a card is yours. Card issuers alone decide approvals, bonus offers, and terms, and they can change them at any time.
Fares, hotel rates, award prices, and seat availability are verified as of the date shown in your plan and change without notice. We cannot guarantee that any price, award seat, room, bonus offer, or card approval will be available when you act on it.
You are responsible for providing accurate information; for checking passport, visa, entry, health, and travel insurance requirements; and for reviewing each provider's terms, cancellation rules, and fees before you book.
Plans are paid in full at checkout, and delivery timelines are shown on each product page. Every plan carries a 100% money-back guarantee: request a refund at any time by emailing [email protected], and it will be issued in full to your original payment method, no questions asked.
Your plan is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell or republish it. We will share an anonymized version of a plan only with your permission, with names and identifying details removed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Seats from ORD is not liable for losses caused by travel providers, card issuers, changes in prices or availability, trip disruptions, or decisions you make based on a plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan.
We may update these terms, and the effective date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Your name and email address, and the answers you give on our forms. Depending on the plan, those answers can include travel dates, who is traveling and children's ages, destinations, budget, any dietary or medical needs you choose to share, loyalty program balances, and, for the Dream Trip Roadmap, the names and approximate opening dates of your credit cards and an approximate credit score range. We never ask for card numbers, account numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers, and you should never send them.
Only to deliver the plan you purchased, respond to your questions, and send our newsletter if you subscribed. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else's marketing. No airline, hotel, or card issuer pays us or receives your information from us.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your information is held by the service providers that run this business: beehiiv (website, forms, and email), Stripe (payments), and Google Workspace (business email and files). Each processes it on our behalf.
This service is for adults. Parents may share information about their children, such as ages or needs, solely so we can plan the family's trip.
We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver and support your plan. Email us at any time and we will delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message.
